- The general framework, principles, values and concepts of the work environment of variable scope projects (agile environment projects).

- How to manage variable scope projects and how to prioritize delivery.

- How to participate and contain the parties involved in the project despite the continuous changes.

- Flexible and variable planning for project management.

- How to detect, predict and address problems in projects of variable scope.

- How to follow up and improve the performance of the work team.

- How to continuously improve.

4- In addition to the above, the hybrid project framework will be trained in which the project development approach framework mixes the traditional “predictive” and agile “driven by changes” approaches.

  • Recorded training sessions, arranged in small topics as short videos, tailored as a completed trainng program (training sessions + Exams Simulator for each session, each milestone, and Complete Exams Simulators) to easily pass the PMI-PMP exam from the first attempt.
  • Each session is followed by online exam through strong exam simulator to ensure the good understanding and good knowledge application.
  • Simulator exam after each milestone.
  • 7 exams "simulator exams" after completing the course "free" with expected and updated real exam scenarios and tricks.
